Yahoo Inc. to Reorganize Management

SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Trying to better compete with rivals Google Inc. and Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc.’s president announced in a staff memo Wednesday its plans to reorganize the company’s leadership.
